Matt’s insight and experience builds comfort for clients managing their businesses and personal financial endeavors. Matt assists clients with corporate and business matters, including personal business investment structure, business entity formation and operation, mergers, sales, acquisitions, and business succession planning. Matt’s representation of clients includes advising individuals, business owners, for-profit entities, non-profit entities, and many healthcare organizations in matters of business governance, transaction structure and tax planning and compliance. Clients enjoy Matt’s ability to concisely deliver complex information in an understandable manner.
Credentials:
From 2008 through 2021, Matt was the Managing Partner of Pansing Hogan Ernst & Buser LLP. Matt received his B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Creighton University (Cum Laude) and his J.D. from Creighton University (Cum Laude). Matt is a member of the Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association.
Interests and Involvement:
Matt enjoys being involved in the local community and has provided his talents to various local non-profits, including significant involvement with Heartland Family Service as a past Director and outreach programs with All Saints Episcopal Church. Matt, his wife, Nicole, and their three (3) children are avid Creighton basketball fans. Aside from spending time with his family, Matt enjoys playing golf and tennis.
