Practice

Amanda advises clients in the areas of estate planning, trusts, wealth transfer, tax, business succession planning, and nonprofit administration. Her representation of clients includes providing insight and direction to nonprofit and for-profit entities, structuring succession transactions with business owners, creating charitable giving plans and generally coordinating her client’s family, business, and charitable objectives through estate and tax planning. Amanda enjoys the opportunity to build a relationship with her clients that encompasses learning about their business and investment portfolios and also understanding the unique needs of their families.

Amanda is a Partner of Pansing Hogan Ernst & Bachman LLP. Amanda received her B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Nebraska (Highest Distinction) and her J.D. from Creighton University (Magna Cum Laude). Amanda is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy CAP®, the American College. Amanda is a member of Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association, American Bar Association, on the Board of Directors of the Omaha Community Foundation, and is a member of Omaha Venture Group and Junior Achievement.

Interests and Involvement

Amanda is passionate about access to education and enjoys her involvement in Omaha’s nonprofit community. When not assisting her clients in coordinating their business and personal endeavors, Amanda spends her time exploring new places and activities with her husband, young children and hound dog, Henry.
