Practice:
As a member of the Wealth Transfer Department, Ben assists clients in the areas of estate planning, charitable planning, estate administration, and trust administration. In addition, Ben utilizes his finance background to advise clients on general tax and business related matters. Ben focuses on ensuring that clients understand their options and are comfortable with their chosen course of action.
Credentials:
Ben received his B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Dordt College and his J.D. from Creighton University (Magna Cum Laude). Ben is a member of the Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Interests and Involvement:
At home, Ben loves spending his time with his wife and family, and watching Nebraska football and Creighton basketball.
