Practice:
Ben’s conversational demeanor gives strength to his corporate law practice. Ben assists clients with business formation and disposition and many of the operational issues which occur in between. Ben facilitates real estate purchases, mergers and acquisitions, financing, leasing and disposal and matters of corporate governance. Ben’s advisory style is that of a friend guiding business owners and executives through both routine and difficult corporate actions based on the experience he has accumulated through his legal practice.

Ben is the Managing Partner of Pansing Hogan Ernst & Buser, LLP. Ben received his B.B.A. from the University of Iowa and his J.D. from Creighton University (Cum Laude). Ben is a member of the Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association and the Iowa State Bar Association.
Interests and Involvement:
Ben enjoys spending time with his wife Bri and introducing their children to family traditions – such as supporting the Iowa Hawkeyes. Ben is always open to new experiences and loves to travel. Ben has combined his passion for sports and his interest in assisting youth by formerly serving as an assistant varsity and junior varsity basketball coach at Boys Town.
