Practice
Emily’s practice focuses on advising clients with a range of corporate and business matters including entity formation and operation, sales and acquisitions, and business succession planning. Emily focuses on fostering long-term and trusted relationships with her clients that extends beyond formation or single transactions and is able to provide her clients with general business and legal advice in the course of their day-to-day operations. Emily’s experience with estate planning, taxation, and assisting clients at all stages in their business operations provides clients with valuable insight on the interaction between their business and personal goals.
Credentials
Emily received her B.A. in Global Studies from the University of Nebraska (with Distinction) and her J.D. from Creighton University (Magna Cum Laude). Emily is a member of the Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
Interests and Involvement
Emily enjoys exploring local restaurants, thrift shops, and artist markets. In her free time, Emily and her husband like to take their dogs, Cooper and Finn, on walks.
