Practice:

Maggie is a member of the firm’s litigation section. Her practice focuses on the areas of insurance defense and medical malpractice defense.

Credentials:

Maggie received her B.S. from the University of South Dakota (Magna Cum Laude), a Master of Education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and her J.D. from Creighton University (Cum Laude) with an emphasis in litigation.

While in law school, Maggie served as the Editor-in-Chief for Volume 53 of the Creighton Law Review, was a member of the Creighton University National Trial Team, Moot Court Competition Team, and the Arbitration Team. Maggie earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Trial Practice, Cross Examination, and International Human Rights. During her final year of law school, Maggie also earned the David A. Svoboda Trial Advocacy Award, Outstanding Service to the Law School Award, Outstanding 3L Student Achievement in Pro Bono and Public Service Award, and a Pro Bono Service distinction.

Before joining the firm, Maggie worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Francie C. Riedmann on the Nebraska Court of Appeals.

Maggie is a member of the Omaha Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, and The Order of Barristers.

Interests and Involvement:

Maggie loves attending live theatre, reading, listening to podcasts, and traveling with her husband.
