McKinley’s unique educational background in business and the medical field and her experience in commercial lending, real estate transactions, land development, SID matters, and other related endeavors allow her to provide clients with a vast array of general business and legal advice needed in the day-to-day operations of any business or for any project.

McKinley received her B.S.B.A. in Accounting From Creighton University (Cum Laude), her M.S. in Medical Anatomy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and her J.D. from Creighton University (Cum Laude). McKinley is a member of the Omaha Bar Association, Saunders County Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Interests and Involvement
McKinley enjoys a very active lifestyle from running, indoor cycling, archery, trap shooting, and most of all, working on her family farm. McKinley has been involved in numerous charitable entities including St. James Catholic Church and the Omaha Bar Association Giving Circle. In her free time, McKinley loves to spend time with family and friends, cook and help in her family’s ag lime business by running various pieces of heavy equipment.
