Ricky reports directly to the partnership acting as a direct conduit between the partners and the remainder of the legal staff. His overall role contributes directly to the financial and operational success of the law firm. He is responsible for developing automation to ensure delivery of the highest quality legal services to our clients. He also maintains, analyzes and assists in the interpretation of financial and management information for the Managing Partner and partners. His scope of work also includes managing and coordinating the human resource functions to include supervision of all non-attorney personnel management. He is the focal point for all hiring and computerized training for the Firm. In addition to being responsible for management of computer operating and information systems to include facilities management.
Ricky is a retired U.S. Air Force senior non-commissioned officer with past management experience in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate field. He spends his leisure time teaching martial arts to Air Force members and their families. He is also involved in competitive BBQ.
