Practice:
Will enjoys assisting clients in a broad range of business transactions and disputes. In particular, Will spends much of his time defending clients facing charges of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Will also provides practical and proactive counseling and advice regarding the implementation of employment practices and policies for employees of any size workforce.
Credentials:
Will received his B.A. in History from the University of Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska College of Law where he was a competitor on the National Moot Court Team, won the Professor Arthur Bruce Winter Constitutional Law Scholar Award in 2017, and received his J.D. (with Distinction). Will is a member of the Omaha Bar Association and the Nebraska State Bar Association.
Interests and Involvement:
Outside of the office, Will enjoys watching Husker football, reading, and listening to podcasts.
